German Companies

Why should we invest in a country with almost 30% corporation tax, and such bureaucracy, where a company needs weeks to incorporate?

There are reasons; it’s easier for a German company to approach the German consumer.

The Germans, by nature, are conservatives and trust more a local company rather than a foreign.

The German banking system offers attractive rates if you need to apply for a loan, don’t forget that Germany is lent with negative rates, also is still strong despite the diesel gate, Deutsche Bank and Wirecard scandals which had minimal impacts on the German Banking system.

But the monster of bureaucracy is still alive, depends on the state, the formation may take a few weeks. The most commons types of companies are Gmbh, with  25,000 Euro share capital, of which at least 12,500 should be deposited,

and the new model, the UG which needs 1 Euro, but every year 25% of your profits should be contributed to your share capital until you reach the amount of 12,500 and then the company will be converted to Gmbh.
